Deserted In Confetti

Yes she just dropped another hit with a Nigerian artist which is just so liiiiiiiiiit!!!! I am talking about the one and only Vanessa Mdee known as vee-money straight from Tanzania. If you don’t know her, she was the first Tanzanian MTV VJ. She is also an activist, TV and radio host.

She has released singles that were on top on East African and African charts, won some of the African awards, done collabos with African artist which have been hits and she is still rising. She is one if the African artist that i can listen to all day long. What i love about her songs is that they are all diverse and bring different flavors to her music and….she blends our language so beautifully. Kenyans and Tanzanians speak the same language, swahili. Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda and Republic of Congo speak some swahili too.

Anyway she just dropped this hit called “just like that” with Orezi and the video is out. You can watch it here. The video is lit! the outfits, that South African kinda beat and of course the dance is so dope. The type of song that any African will enjoy and she stills adds Swahili and Orezi sings in Nigerian too and some English aaaaah!!!! its just awesome.

Make sure to check that song out and her latest single “cash madame” to all the ladies here.

I hope she will see this post someday!! i love her.

Ok, that’s it. Bye Vanessa 😀

My home designs

One of my favorite things to do when on my laptop is pinning images on pinterest. I got another thing to do which i have been so glued to thing past week. Designing 🙂 . I have always had a vision of how i would design my house the day i go back to my country FOR GOOD.  I was going through creative things to do and i got one app, its called “DESIGN HOMES.”

one of my designs 🙂

I just started and am already at 3.91 overall stars 🙂 , almost getting to 4. I love it because i am obsessed with interior decor and once i get the right color for the house, creativity just flows. My favorite colors for interior design is pure black, pure white and grey.

Anyway i pinned all the designs i have done so far on my pinterest board, click my home designs to have a look and download the app if you like being creative like me 🙂 .

Happy Birthday MY LOVE.

Today is the birthday of my love and i just wanted to show appreciation to him. We’ve come a long way and we are lucky to have each other. As he grows older, may he have the wisdom to keep up with me 😀 and may Yahuah never forget him. He doesn’t know am posting this so happy birthday to you my love.

i like my negro nose with Jackson 5 nostrils. love you!!!!!

Nothing to wear!

Have you ever been ready to go out but then you have nothing to wear? Its funny and annoying. Its not like you don’t have clothes, its just that you can’t find one to wear 😀 .

Pardon this photo 😀

It has happened to me a few times. Am so ready, i have nothing to wear, i remove all the clothes from the cupboard thinking i will find one hidden there but then i just stare at my clothes. I get angry and end up wearing an old t shirt, cancel my plans to go out and just throw all the clothes again in the cupboard 😀 .

Then on a day that i don’t have any plans to go out, that’s when i find clothes to wear and ask myself where was that when i was looking for something to wear the other day? :-/

You find yourself wondering if you are really stupid or just confused with life 😀 .

Ok, that’s it. Bye!

Are you really WOKE??

When i see a black girl and i mean whether you were born in Africa, America, Europe, Asia or any part of the world saying she doesn’t know where she is from, I feel so irritated and slapping her so she can wake up.

The 2nd episode of Americas Next Top Model aired and the was a scene where, they started a topic about black lives matter that led to African history between the African girl (Binta) and African American (Gailayh). I’ll just put a part of it before i continue:

Binta : Black lives matter 100% like the history of this country, i get it

Gailayh : but the history is not true, our history is not true, everything is a lie

Binta: Yeah, i get it

Gailayh : Everything is a lie, you know where you come from, we don’t know where we come from

Binta : you come from Africa (shouting)

Gailayh : No we do not!

Binta : YES YOU DO!!Then where the F%* do you come from?

Gailayh : we do not know who we are, that’s why we are African American

One of the other black girls : Am an American, am so proud of it…my people built it …we have been here for so long…

Binta : let me tell you something, so where did your people come from? they didn’t come from my people?…you guys come from Africa, am telling you, you all living in a la la land.

Ok, i don’t even know how to put this down. Everyone in the world knows that African Americans originally come from Africa except this girl here. I don’t know which part of the world she’s been living in but she needs to come out.

Its such a shame, people do research these days, let me break something down, what we were taught in school is there were 2 major slavery trade, the Trans-Atlantic slave trade and East African slave trade. Trans-Atlantic slave trade was when people from Africa (west African part ) were migrated to the Western hemisphere. For the Eastern one,was for the Eastern part of Africans being taken to the Eastern Hemisphere to name a few…India, china, Australia etc.

This Africans went through hardship in the ships and worked at the Oppressor’s fields/land. They were raped, killed, tortured, separated from their families….i don’t need to explain all that since its also in the movies.

So this girl who says that she is not linked to Africa at this century, she is so lost. There were no blacks in America before the slavery. There was the Native Americans(who know there history).

The different thing is at that time it was not called Africa and the border did not end at Egypt. Africa is just a label to blind the people from their history. You don’t need to depend on your teacher to tell you all the history, you need to dig it up yourself to know your identity.

For us we were told about the slavery and ‘divide to rule’ part like we were a piece of cake but they did not tell us who we were before the slavery, where we came from. Personally i questioned that, i was curious. Now, there are a group of people in the Bible. Whose history is there but they have no idea. Lets read this: (am so serious right now, i wish you could see my face)

Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;

A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favor to the young. Deuteronomy 28:48-50

If you don’t take this as a starting point to your history, then you are never going to know it. This people being talked about here are in this world, they do not know themselves but not all, there is quite a few who are so woke!

So its up to this black girl and other black girls to do research instead of talking shit and making all black people look stupid because she doesn’t know her history. The whole history is in the Bible, where we are from, where we headed to, at what point we were cursed, as you can see not everything is in favor for a black person in the world.(that’s a fact).

I don’t see African American in the world map. You came from somewhere, your ancestors came from somewhere. You just need to dig it up.

I don’t know if you are woke but make sure you are before you make yourself look confused like a person who doesn’t know their history. If a person wants to know their history they will look for it and they will find it.

Thanks for coming all the way down here. I know it was long, my fingers are also complaining :-D. Stay Woke!

Ok, that’s it. Bye!
